About Me

I am. a traveling bard. a word warrior. who is. pursuing a search. a mission. an adventure. a quest. a voyage. a journey. anything that will get the dirt of vast lands caked to the bottom of my shoes.

I am. also a recent graduate from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism & Mass Communication at Arizona State University. I have a degree in journalism & mass communication and am pursuing the life of a travel writer aka a traveling bard.

Born and raised in Arizona and quite ready to leave the States to see the world. I have flown across the big pond and traveled throughout Europe. For some reason we are led to believe that it is a requirement to set foot in Europe. However, I had the opportunity to  visit my amiga in Argentina and fell in love. Yes, I fell in love! The culture and the people of South America are so welcoming and are as opposite to the States as the hemisphere where they reside.

I was fortunate to find an internship opportunity in Quito, Ecuador. This blog documented my time down along the equator. Feel free to browse around using the “Scrolls” drop-down menu for all my Ecuador scrolls.

Right now, I am back in the United States looking for a full-time journalism job.
